In a continued tradition of gratitude, charity, and assisting others, Jeffrey D. Gross MD invites Medicare recipients in need of specialized spinal care, including second opinions, and related treatments, including surgical procedures to apply for charitable care on this page. The short form below is reviewed by Dr. Gross, and he chooses patients each month to share his services on a charitable basis.
Please be prepared to share your private medical history, and upon request, send in your relevant medical records, and actual imaging tests (x-rays, MRIs, etc.) for his personal review.
All applicants will be contacted to let them know the status of their application for charitable care.
Only Medicare recipients without other means to pay for Dr. Gross' spine-fellowship trained neurosurgical care are eligible to apply. Those seeking second opinion, or who did not have success with surgery elsewhere may also apply.
There is no financial responsibility for the accepted applicant. Dr. Gross does not bill Medicare or patients he chooses to treat on a charitable basis.
